In this day and age, the days of using pink for a daughter and blue for a son are over when decorating the baby's nursery. Nurseries can be found using all kinds of red color parings and red shades go with virtually any other color well.
Reds can be combined in many shades to create an entirely red themed nursery. Bright colors like red seem to interest little boys a lot as they are imagining a red sports car or fire engine!
Through red colored peripherals such as rugs or paintings, a room can really be brought to life. You will discover all kinds of charming ways you can decorate your little baby boy's nursery with bright attention getting red white and blue crib bedding. Some sets come packaged with prints and solids that create a lively juxtaposition, which works well for someone who doesn't fancy a monochromatic look.
To decorate nowadays when your budget is limited, their are fantastic linen sets that are easy to work with in making an attractive change to your rooms. That's because the color red is connected to imagery that's dynamic and action oriented, ranging from tiny scarlet tugboats to big cherry-hued Ferris wheels, any of which would be quite suitable for your little one's boy baby bedding. Be sure to check labels when purchasing baby's crib sheets and accessories. The proper fit is important in keeping baby safe.
Concerning the safety of crib accessories, a crib mobile can be quite entertaining for an infant but will need to be taken away when the baby can grab it; a bumper pad may be used if it is not too plush and is tied securely to the crib but will need to be removed when the baby is able to climb on it. Developmentally, your son won't be capable of a full awareness of his surroundings for several months, while you, on the other hand, will be making multiple trips to and from his room on a daily basis.
Crib bedding sets naturally cannot be comprised of soft cushions or puffy comforters, because these just should not be in the crib or tot bed of a little one. Go right ahead and add a large, bright red heart or over-the-top red flowers – do whatever you need in order to make the room a pleasing place for you, too. When you see a happy mom, chances are you will also see a happy baby.
